Andi Pek (she/her) is a freelance film editor based in Berlin. She studied Digital Film and Animation at the SAE Institute in Munich and Berlin. After gaining experience as a video editor and postsupervisor at the renowned international production company Stink Films, Andi transitioned to freelance work. Her diverse portfolio includes TV formats, feature films, and documentaries.
Clashing Differences premiered at Frameline47 in San Francisco, one of the largest LGBTQ+ film festivals in the world, and at the 40th Filmfest Munich, where it won the New German Cinema award for best screenplay. The film also took home the Big Audience Award at First Steps 2023. Additionally, Andi edited two episodes of the TV show ZEIT Verbechen, which premiered at the 74th Berlinale in the Panorama section. Deine Brüder won the Deutscher Kamerapreis for cinematography, while Love by Proxy received a nomination for editing.
