Andi Pek (she/her) studied Digital Film and Animation at the SAE Institute Munich and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Berlin 2011. She started working as a video editor and postsupervisor at the renowned international film production company Stink Films where she was able to build a great network of long time collaborators. Since then Andi has been working as a freelance film editor in Berlin. Her projects include various TV formats as well as feature films and documentaries. In 2022 she edited the feature film and mini-series Clashing Differences which premiered at Frameline47 in San Francisco next to the 40th edition of Filmfest Munich where it won the NEW GERMAN CINEMA award for best screenplay. It also received the BIG AUDIENCE AWARD at First Steps 2023. Her latest work Deine Brüder and Love by Proxy, two episodes of the TV show ZEIT Verbechen, premiered at the 74th Berlinale in the Panorama section and is nominated for DEUTSCHER KAMERAPREIS in the categories cinematography and editing.
